Downloading now. I noticed the drop down menu lists 8130m in addition to the 8130... Anyone know what that is?

The 8130m is for MEID devices (NOT ESN devices) for very specific providers such as US Cellular.

I've been running it for about 4 hours now without any problems. Haven't really noticed anything different.

As far as the download not working it doesn't look like that is the only one not available. I attempted to download Alltel 4.5.0.127 and got the same message.

with the sprint 4.5.131 with my apps i only had about 15k now with this update and same apps i ave almost 18k on the memory so that is a definite upside other than that haven't seen any other changes

You have to delete the vendor.xml file to get a different carrier's OS to work. Or you can use CrackMem (do a search for it) to do this for you.

Can someone running it see if the call timer is displayed while on a call with this release? .138 for the 8330 it is missing.

I just upgraded to this, I will play with the phone a few and see if there is any difference between 131 and 138.

with 138 on the 8130, does the call timer show up when on a call? It is missing on 138 for the 8330 and thinking about upgrading my gf's pearl.

Just finished the upgrade... no call timer :-(
