8120 error after MaxMem

My 8120 is acting up after MaxMem was run on it. It will not vibrate and I am unable to view my Options...About screen.

I tried downloading this OS several times on several computers and get "Error reading Setup Initialization File". I tried to run as Administrator and get "Error writing to temporary location".

Any thoughts? Or is the download from O2 UK actually corrupted? (Downloading again at 65kbps this minute)

I'm not sure about the vibration problem (but it sounds like you must have deleted a required file), however, if you delete any vad (voice activated dialing) files the about screen will not work.
