Hello everyone, I just switched from the 8310 on AT&T to the 8110 both of which have GPS capabilities. When I contacted AT&T they told me that Telenav was not compatible with the 8110. Is anyone using Telenav on their 8110 or is there a GPS program I can purchase?
Well in the event anyone else was having this issue, it has been resolved. I spoke with a Telenav rep who stated that the 8110 was not compatible, then an AT&T rep who stated that the 8110 did not have GPS capabilities. I then requested to speak with a different rep because the 8110 clearly has internal GPS I was put in touch with a supervisor who took 15 minutes to help and resolved the issue. I now have AT&T navigator working flawlessly on my 8110.
