    I recently purchased a 8110. i handed my 8100 down to my girlfriend. i'm trying to set up the bb messenger service, but the requests from her phone go to my email that is still on her phone. i have validated same address on new phone, and i can receive messages from her bb email, but bb messenger still seems confused. any ideas?

    Ya you need to remove all the accts associated with this pin off the blackberry website...or call your service provider and they may be able to do it for you..

    Yup. Login to your BIS site and select Change Device and swap the PIN.

    you shoudl also be able to do this form the phoen with the email set up icon ..

    you can edit/delete and add new email adresses from the handset...



    (ps the pearl can support up to 10 email accounts )

    Enter your username and password/change device/remove old email address and add your new one
