Default What's wrong with my phone?

Hello -

I'm having two problems with my BlackBerry Pearl 8110.
The first is that 2 of my 5 myfavs icon are empty. I called T-mobile, since they're my carrier, and they said it was because I have an old software that needs to be updates. But they couldn't help with with anything else, so my question is how or where can I update my software. The second problem is that my time changed on the phone, it shows an hour earlier than what it actually is, any help is apreciated.

The time thing Is due to old software version, as the old time change was yesterday. Not sure on the F5's. Is this a SunCom phone? 8110

Check the T-Mobile website for the latest OS version for your BB. Download it and install it. There is a thread on this forum that can help you so, do a search on Updating the OS, or something like that.

T-Mobile never sold the 8110 so you will need this os instead.

That's right! Thanks for the correction. I was thinking of the 8100.

go to mytmobile.com and update all your fav 5's just do a minor name change, capitalization change or something, and it will update the fav 5, just cause they are not showing on the phone, doesn't mean they are not in the 5
