is there a keystroke to fast-forward mp3

hi - i'm using an 8100 pearl to listen to mp3 files.

I've figured out that I can:
- track forward/back with "k" and "d"
- pause with mute button or "enter"

but I haven't found a way to fast-forward without highlighting the progress bar, enter, adjust, and enter again.

Is there an easier more accurate way to do this?
