stuck on SOS???!!! what the ****

ok so my phone was working fine all day and then i dropped like 5 feet and all the sudden it wont get off SOS. i have restarted it, pulled the battery, tried 3 new sim cards and still nothing. when i call att for help they just tell me to get a new sim card. im at a loss!!! please help me out if you can. i have the 8100 and running the latest os .110

The drop may have damaged the internal circuitry of the phone.
If you can take it to an AT&T store and have them give it a
look at. Also, do you have insurance? You could replace it that
way if you do.
