speed dial issues

Sometimes when i speed dial the phone reset. it says theres an error and i must reset it. its happened a couple times already and does anyone know why?
it never occurred to me before til i updated the OS.

What OS did you update to? I found that after updating OSs in the past I'd get some odd strange error (like my phone randomly resetting when making a phone call). I found a battery pull cleared all this up...so it might work for you.
