When I receive SMS messages and calls from random people in my address book it will not show the caller ID information ~ only their number shows as if they are not in my address book. It worked fine before I had to get a warranty replacement phone. And now it only does this with random people. They ARE in my address book. I'm now on my 2nd replacement phone within a month and it's doing the same thing with this phone. I've been all through the settings and options.

Go to your security settings under general options and check tour content protection. If it is enabled make sure your address book is NOT included. I think that should fix your problem.
