seperating sms messages by contact

anyway to do this. i did it on my old alias 2 but couldnt find a way to seperate txts by each contact.

That's threaded text. The only way to do it on a BB is by having the 5.0 OS or a third party app. There is no 5.0 available for the pearl, so you're stuck with finding an app that you like.
