rsa secure id token import on bb pearl 8120

anyone have any luck with the rsa secure id token import on the 8120? i'm running os 4.5.0.187 and the rsa app is v3.5.1 securidlib v2.3.

i have the import secureID token option on the attachment, but when i select it, i get 'token import failed. invalid token. contact your administrator.'

the token is the same token i am running on my home pc and it has not been altered in any way. i can re-import it on my pc without any issues.
