 ringtone not supported?
I've been trying to set a ringtone and every time I download, it seems fine but my stupid blackberry tells me it is of a file type that is not supported. It is a .jpg downloaded directly from crackberry.com then when I go into ringtones, it shows the file size as ZERO...don't know what happened, but I haven't been able to add a new ringtone for months...it keeps doing the same thing.
Anyone know how to help?
