 Pearl dropping calls and re-booting itself
i bought BlackBerry pearl 8110 from Canada and i am currently using it in Pakistan so i can't ask for a replacement for my phone. Hope somebody will provide me with a solution to my problem.
whenever i place a call or receive one, after about 30 seconds usually the screen turns white and my phone takes 2 mins to restart again. Although i don't understand that sometimes the screen turns white after about 15 mins as well (when i am on call) or it drops the call immediately and the screen turns white.
somebody suggested me with upgrading the OS. Will that help?
