my blackberry is completely dead

i dont knwo what too do. my phone was completely fine this morning. i was using it. then i went to work. it was in my pocket, i took it out. i went too go look at a text and then my phone shut down. it would automatically turn on right after. but if i touched one button it would reset again. after work i went home and charged it for a very long time. now my phone will not turn on. at all. and if i connect it to my computer nothing happens. i dont know what too do. im getting so mad

Okay if you can get it to boot go to options>status. What is your file free memory? If not what is it doing? Does the LED come on, blink etc?

Have you tried a battery pull? If not pull the battery out and leave it for like 30 seconds then put it back in.
