Media Manager Doesn't do anything

Hi all,

I tried to search but couldn't find my answer so hopefully somebody can help me. I just got a Blackberry Pearl 8130 and installed the desktop manager software. When I click on the media manager icon though nothing happens. My blackberry lights up and says connected to the desktop but media manager doesn't load at all. Is there something I am missing? Do I need to have an SD card in for that to work? The other icons on the desktop software all work.

Yes MicroSD card is needed for that to work.

I bought a 2 gig SD card and inserted it in my Pearl. Connected it via the USB port and opened DM. Clicked on Media Manager and still nothing happens. It won't load. Do I have to say "yes" to enable mass storage for it to load?

yes, you do need to enable mass storage

Well I guess I'm just not going to be able to use media manager because when I click on it nothing happens at all. The DM dims a bit but then nothing happens at all. I have a Micro SD card, it's in the the Pearl, it's been formatted, I've enabled mass storage, disabled mass storage. I just don't know what else to do. Anybody have any suggestions at all why this is not working?
