Had the same issue when using DT 4.3, switched back to I think it was 4.2 SP2 and it worked fine.

Just use explorer or my computer. Roxio is nothing but a PITA! You can drag and drop, delete, add or move folders, etc.

Smile response to crashing media player 9

i use either my windows media player real player converter or the best converter is the prism video converter plus its free and i can convert any media file for any player music or video i use the prism to convert all files to flv I have the whole season of spartacus and the whole movie gldiator on my crackberry this way any file you want can be transfered easily
If you open the auto play and click transfer to real player it actually converts files from flv to be played on your crackberry and transfers them once its finished it will tell you what videos or music you have on your real player that arent on the bb works better than the media manager 9 did when it did work so if u just convert the files to flv and then add them to the real player next time you plug the crackberry in just left click and hit the auto play
so no drop and drag and no opening 2 files

also if your interested in making free ringtones use audacity its free there are better ones but they can run up to 300 so this ones is best for me lol it trims any mp3 into a ringtone audacity is the trimmer i use on my windows its great
