What is the latest OS for this model? My carrier is Orange...apparently. Can anyone provide the latest OS for this model?

The latest os for the 8100's is 4.5. You can get away with running a hybrid os 4.5-4.6 but I wouldn't recommend it.

The latest OS for the 8100 is 8100M_PBr4.5.0_rel306_PL2.7.0.106_A4.5.0.182_AT_amp_T and is available here 8100M_PBr4.5.0_rel306_PL2.7.0.106_A4.5.0.182_AT_am p_T.exe - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download

I do not believ that there will ever be another later OS released for the 8100.
