The left hand side keys on my bb are stuck to the ones next to them. So- if I were to type an "A", I also get a "D". When I type the shift key, I get a *. So, I can't type any punctuation and I have to always delete letters. I tried cleaning the keys with rubbing alcohol and that didn't work.

I dropped my phone today and when it finally turned on again, the keys worked! For a minute! Then went back to their old ways!! What do I do?

Might be a stupid question but when you cleaned with the alcohol did you have the battery pulled?

when you cleaned the keys did you dry them after? and did you clean the keys and the hardware?

I did have the battery out! I made sure to take all precautions!!
