Internet on T-Mobile Blackberry Pearl without the Blackberry plan?

Okay I've searched the suggested/similar threads and some others as well with no luck.


I have just gotten a Blackberry Pearl from T-Mobile (8100) I have the cheap $19 web2go internet plan from T-Mobile. I understand that I need to have the actual Blackberry plan for Internet to work on it but I also know there are work arounds.

I installed the latest Opera Mini for my BB and tried to run it, however after opening it on the phone it said it was installing for about 5 mins then it said, "Unable to connect to internet please check your settings."
I understand there is certain settings I need to configure but I do not know what or where.

Anyway to simplify;
I have the internet plan for T-Mobile, just not the Blackberry one, I have Opera on my BB but do not know how to get it to connect. I know this can be done somehow I just need help. I don't care about the IM or Maps I just want to be able to get on google and myspace like I am on my other T-Mobile phones.

So if you would please give me instruction on what settings to change, so I can browse the internet?

Okay? If you have the 19 dollar a month web2go you can browse the internet. That's what I used to have until I got my 8520 and they made me get the 30 dollar a month internet. I had the 19 dollar a month for a long time on my 8100 and 8700g and I had no problems going to google or browsing the internet. U don't need to use opera just type in the address in web2go

I've tried that and the BB Browser just says "Exceeded Maximum Attempts"
