My mom dropped her bb pearl 8100 t-mobile phone and it has not turned on so it tried to turn it on and it came up with a solid red light the first thing i do is do battery pull but it still came up and nothing came on the screen not even the white background with the hour glass i tried upgrading it it didnt work so downgraded it and upgraded it and still no proggress so i charged it for the whole night all that came up was a solidgreen led indicator but the screen remains dark wat should i do

Sounds like an insurance claim to me! Did you have insurance on it? If not, let this be a lesson.(not 2 b an a**hole) Also, depending on how long you've had it, you may want to take it back to the store and tell them that it just quit working. If there isnt any visible damage. BTW you dont need to go into detail.
