how to remove and backup pictures from the actual phones memory, not the sd card.

Okay so I did a search on this forum, and none of the solutions seem to work.

can someone please explain a simple yet effective way to remove pictures from the phones internal memory, and put them on an sd card, or better yet, copy them over to your laptop?

By the way, some people in other threads have suggested using desktop manager. however, desktop manager only works for pics saved on the sd card, again my issue is I need to save the pics off my internal built in blackberry memory.
