HELP!! dead pearl

I recently got an error message from my pearl (JVM error 528) i tried to install a new os and apploader is not finding the ones that i installed on my computer cam somebody help me please...

I watched the video but apploader is not finding the os that i installed is this a problem with windows 7

it works fine on my windows 7 pc.. even with a nuked bb... which pearl do you have ? are you sure you installed the software to your pc ? what message do you get when u click the app loader ? have you tried right clicking apploader and "run as administrator" ? try deleting the vendor.xml file in the apploader folder before trying to run app loader..
