Wrong place to ask. CrackBerry doesn't support theft. Why don't you go ask the police, I'm sure they'd help you.

How would you feel if you had lost your phone? When the person reports it lost the PIN will be blacklisted making it mostly useless to you any way. Do the right thing and return it.

Yeah, put your SIM in...if the guy was smart, he had Smrtguard, and when you put your SIM in, they can triangulate your position and arrest you!

Do the right thing. Return the phone. Look in the contact list. Call someone and ask them to contact the owner.

Call whatever carrier it's through and ask them to check the pin. If it wasn't reported lost or stolen it should be good to use.

Crackberry don't help those who steal blackberries, if you were smart you would have looked in the contact list and called up someone. If your not smart;
1. you can be caught
2. it's no use cause the owner may have disabled the blackberry pin,
so in theory its useless.

Contact the carrier so it can be returned to its owner. Keeping property that is not your's is unethical.

With that overwhelming advice from honest members this thread will close. Theft by finding is still theft.

Remember, it's called a "cell phone" because that should be your next home if you get caught stealing.
