    Default Export contacts

Hi, I have a friend with a Pearl 8100, the micro USB socket broke away from the motherboard, a repair has been made but there is no data connection, only power. I am trying to copy his contacts. I have attempted a bluetooth connection but BDS wants a cable connection "first time"

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

    Many thanks

Maybe you can try to backup up the contacts using your e-mail or BB Protect.

Did he forget the end-mail or the password used?
I think he should have received an email with all the details when he created his BBID.He should check this.

If/when the user recovers his BB/App World ID, take a look at "Contacts to Excel" (Free Contacts to Excel - Download Contacts to Excel - Free Apps from BlackBerry App World). This app will create an excel export of all or selected contacts. It can then be saved and/or emailed. Hope this helps. ~ecm
