Embedded image moved to file??

I received an email today and where an image was supposed to be, it said "Embedded image moved to file : pic25180.gif". Why did this come up? It didn't even show in the menu an option to download the attached picture? is there anyway around this?

Even I am receiving the same mesage and don't find any solution.
If anybody knows please help.
