Deleting saved photos in "saved messages"
I have some old messages (photos) in "saved messages" . I have tried to delete them without success. How can I delete photos I have in "saved messages"?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you received an email with attached image, downloaded the image, then saved the message. You still want to save the message, but not the image that's with it. Forward the email to yourself, save it without downloading the attachment, and delete the original.
