Deleted OS???

So I was trying to update my 8100 to v4.5 and halfway through my cat had somehow unplugged it. Now its just a black screen with the LED blinking red. Windows doesn't recognize it nor does the DM. I've tried following a few walkthroughs but haven't had any luck. All suggestions are welcome.

nevermind, I got it working again with v4.5. It's working great for me.
