can't upgrade to 4.5.x.x

I've tried to upgrade 3 times using a Mac first (OS 4.5.0.108) and then a PC (no choice) ... I've downloaded the newest and then older versions of 4.5, but all I get is a blinking red light constant reboot every time and then I have to downgrade to 4.2.

Anyone else having problems on an unlocked 8100?

I have to ask the simple question did you remove the vendor file?

I removed the vendor.xml file each time except the first (used BB Manager on a Mac)

Well i would suggest you get access to a PC with no blackberry software installed whatsoever and start from there with JL commander cause i had that happen to me once or twice.
