I use a program called JiveTalk. It lets you run MSN, AIM, Yahoo, and Gtalk all at one time. I absolutely love it. It's not a free program, but if you're really using IM a lot, then it's definitely worth it.

Totally agree - I've tried all the free IM programs, and none compares to JiveTalk. Completely worth the price.

If you are going to use JiveTalk (excelent software btw), be aware that you'll need a DATA plan with your carrier. Your phone may already an IM client that utilizes SMS (OZ came with my BB from T-Mobile).
