Backing up and restoring to a new phone?

Hi folks. i just got a used blackberry 8130, because my existing 8130 is junked.


My question is this: how do i back up all my old phone's stuff (like contacts and what not) and restore it onto my new phone? Both models are exactly the same.

Switch device wizard is one option. Another is to make a desktop manager backup of your old phone and restore it on your new. Desktop Manager backups don't include apps, but it's a good, safe way to backup your personal data.
