application problem

i have a blackberry pearl 8100.i do not have internet access on my plan. I am trying to open an application. i plugg my phone into my pc. it shows my phone and the application. (I transfer the file to the blackberry) I am getting a pop up Read me notepad: transfer the file .jar )found in this folder) to your phone. and, the other pop up when i click on the icon in my folder on the computer says, java virtual machine launcher x-failed to load Main Class manifest attribute from F:/Blackberry/blueware.jar.
is there anyway to open this on my phone. I dont have java ,i dont think
