2 Operating Systems on my BB?

I had bought a BB 8130, but I had to get it sent away to get "fixed" I had just noticed that when my phone was returned it was actually the BB 8100 . I have had SO many little issues with this phone. The newest issue is that I had just noticed that there are 2 OS downloaded on this. Now I know that even with a computer you can only have 1 OS per hard drive, I know you can run 2 different ones, but I can't see it working on a BB.

Do I need 2 OS? Also if I should delete one does it matter which one I delete? They both look the exact same when I go into the details of it.

I don't know how you could have two OS's on one BlackBerry. What are you seeing that leads you to that conclusion?

I go to options-->advanced options-->applications-->and the first 2 things that are listed is blackberry 4.5.0. Is that the OS or is there 2 things that are loaded onto the BB with the same name?

On my Tour, I have two lines: BlackBerry 4.7.1 Core Applications and BlackBerry 4.7.1 System Software. If what you are seeing is analogous to that, that's normal.
