Hello fellow Pearl users where can I buy a 9100 in black and unlocked cheap ?

I see them on Amazon but for $280 to much for a phone kind of old

You can buy a new 9100 from EBay for $240.

you could get it from bell or virgin in canada for $200 till about a week ago. they don't show up on the websites anymore, but you could still probably get one in store.

You can use Craigslist or Ebay to find sellers near your area and buy a Blackberry 9100 - you can meet the sellers that near your area and see if everything is fine with the handset.

After you have the best deal you can unlock it by yourself online for a cheap price in minutes, unlocking is easy but the point is go and find a phone to test before you buy.. use websites with ads.
