Urgent Help! MM6 on 3 UK Error

Iv'e already unlocked my Blackberry Pearl 9105 from vodafone.
I want to connect to the 3 network but the phone says Phone not allowed MM6.

May there of been an issue with the unlocking process?
is there anyway to check it is actually unlocked to all networks.

The other thing I really fear is that I bought this phone of gumtree.com and I've searched the internet and im quite scared that MM6 may mean its stolen and been reported lost. The user has recently deleted his account off gumtree and im left with a phone which i cant use and 100 pounds out of pocket

But when I inster a Vodafone sim it connects to Vodafone UK
ANd i checked if my device is unlocked and it is.

I had this too (along with other problems with my blackberry Pearl). It was weird as my Pearl was locked to Vodafone and I'd put a Vodafone sim in it!

Anyway, I followed an unlocking procedure and that message stopped showing, now shows Vodafone UK and signal etc. I've got a thread on this site asking for help though, as I still can't make calls or txts.

I bought mine from eBay and was concerned that it was blacklisted too, as that's what all the online advice seemed to suggest, but I've checked several times with vodafone and they have confirmed it's not stolen, lost, blacklisted or barred.

It still won't work tho.

Did you manage to find anything out?
