Trackpad is recessed into phone; Difficult to use!

Hi,

Got my 9105 on O2 UK yesterday and I love it, except I am finding it REALLY difficult to scroll upwards on the trackpad, yet I am fine doing all other Directions and I am fine with other BB Models.

I have noticed that the trackpad is sunken in slightly, so that it isnt flush with the buttons. Is every one elses phone like this, or just me?

Took it back to the shop today, hoping to get an exchange but the guy wouldn't do that, and demonstrated that the trackpad works fine (which it does).

Is there any way to rectify it (I like taking stuff appart haha)? If there isnt, I might just get a Curve 3G (which I dont want to have to do)

The store should exchange it as long as you just bought it. Talk to the manager about their return policy. If you take it apart, you will void your warranty.

Update:
My carrier are letting me replace the handset with another of the same model, but they dont get any in untill the middle of next week, so I am having to wait untill then.

Im really wanting to like this phone, and I dont know why I am having issues with the trackpad... Im great with it on my Curve 8520.
