For those who have upgraded from the 8220 flip

How much bigger is the 9100? I have a couple of holsters that I use with my flip and I'd like to keep them.

I have the "Genuine" BB holster (logo and all) for the flip Amazon.com: Blackberry OEM Carrying Lambskin Leather Pouch Case: Cell Phones & Accessories which I use when I'm out and about and this Nite-ize holster Amazon.com: Nite Ize Universal Horizontal Clip Case: Cell Phones & Accessories that I use when I'm at work (gives the phone a little extra protection when I have to crawl around things). I think that since the Nite-ize case has some wiggle room it should probably be OK, but I was wondering about the Blackberry case. If someone has one can they try it out for me?

Like you,I upgraded from the Pearl Flip, and also like you I had 2 holsters for my flip. However,I found the fit for the 9100 not at all acceptable on the holster designed for the flip. I would recommend the Crackberry Store and purchase the holster made to fit your new BB. Excellent quality and very good pricing and their service is second to none As a matter of fact I purchased the "belt holster" and the "sheath"....both are excellent fit.

I too upgraded from my beloved flip to the pearl 3g. The cases are not compatible however.
The leather holster for the pearl is low profile and functional. Also you can find it for $10 less on Amazon. I must say I was disappointed to see the lower cost as in the past I have purchased my accessories here at crack.com. No more though; my replacement case ordered today is from Amazon.
