roll back to standard os?

How do I take my phone back to standard os ? Need a quick answer please phone is doing my head in , I just want the standard os 5 what it came with but don't no what to do haven't got a clue so any help would be good thanks

i cant find the app uploader its not in the RIM folder cant find it anywere

yh os is installed onto my computer , the os dont even show up in the update bit in the blackberry desktop manager , it only shows os 5 witch is installed to my phone already and the os 6 and that dont let me install at all

In the links above are pretty clear directions for loading an OS. you will need to remove other OS installs from the computer. The Loader file will be there ready to run. The instructions seem complex but going step by step will work.

i havent got the app loader on my rim file though , so i cant upload it to my phone , any way of just downloading the app loader ?

ive found the app loader , ive installed the os onto my computer , and i start up the app loader it finds my phone it checks my phone then comes up the screen were you check what you want but there isnt anything on there to check or delete , confused now

ther blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device sofware for the device that you have connected to the computer. contact your wirless service provider or system administrator.

thats what comes up on the screen what is suposed to have all the other bits and bobs on

Dude, either follow the directions in their entirety, or don't ask for help.

FROM THE INSTRUCTIONS:

This process of installing the software to your computer will take a few minutes and you will need to select your preferred language and accept a license agreement. If you're using unofficial software or a software version from a different service provider other than your own, after the installation wizard is done you will need go to the Apploader folder and delete the Vendor.xml file. It can be found following this path:

C:/ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\ResearchInMotion\Apploade r

ive followed all the instructions , and because im trying to downgrade it , there is suposed to be some box what pops up on the app loader ? well no box pops up the only thing what happens is that message ^^^^^ thats it

What version are you installing? What carrier are you on? you should be able to go to updates in DM and see all the officials for your phone and choose the one you want, it'll even say (Downgrade)

the app wizard reconizes my phone but dont come up that there is anything that i can install and unistall to my phone just comes up that message , plug my phone in it comes up i put the pin in and it goes through the checks and then comes onto the screen were it shud have the things i can install and nothing on there
