Right Side Of Track Pad Stuck In
2 months after my warranty expired, it seems my track pad is stuck down on the right side. It even has a wear mark on the edge of the curved arrow button beside it. Other than this the phone works great and i like it because of the small size and fits in my pocket while i do construction. Has anyone experienced this problem and is there a fix. The dealer and telus told me to buy a new phone and sign a new contract. Any ideas?

Could you make a picture if possible? Well since your warranty has expired i would try to open up the phone.
And try to fix the stuck down trackpad and if possible also the wear mark on the arrow button you have.
If it still works and you can replace the parts by yourself and you WON't need a new phone with a new contract.
If you can fix it you are still OK. Don't listen to them folks right yet..gee gee baby~ - 03-16-2012, 08:54 PM

Yep, best thing to do is to open it up by yourself and fix it or if you don't want to risk let someone fix it for you.
This is most likely repairable.gee gee baby~ - 03-16-2012, 09:24 PM

The you tube video looks difficult. Anyone opened one before?
