red cross through battery

Hey all ino there is plenty of threads about this but non what solve my problem , I charge it from dead to full and when I unplug it , it lasts about an hour and its dead again , I've recently brought new batery so its not the battery , but if I let it go dead so it goes off when I plug it in to charge , a batery sign comes up with a red cross through it , like I said its defo not the batery because its a bran new battery , it gets rely hot witch is the bad bit , and I took it to the shop and they changed the charging block inside the phone so its not the charger neither , I love my phone and just want it to work again so if there is anythin peaple would recomend to try to get it workin and holing a charge would be great cheers

I have exactly the same problem as this with my blackberry 8900. Really starting to annoy me now as phone was fine one minute and next this happens.

HAS ANYONE GOT A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM???
