Problem with conveniences key(both right & left)

Hope you can help me.
I can't fix this problem:

The functions with convenience keys ( right&left) don't work!!! I never try it before I discovered this issue!

Any suggestions?

Did the convenience keys ever work? The place to check is:

OPTIONS / SCREEN KEYBOARD = scroll down to set your convenience keys.

when go to camera the right convenience key(set camera) just can focus, it doesn't work from home screen!

I've tryed like you told, but nothing changes!

Check in your camera options to set Autofocus to ON.
