Pictures not showing up!

So basicly I got a swap for my pearl .. And when I plugged in my media card is fine shows everything but when I take pictures or sometimes save them it won't show up unless I reset my phone or unplug/plug the card.

I was reading some thread on here and it said to format it .. Because if it goes from one phone to another it does that . Its really anoying to have to reset everytime I take a picture so I formatted it through the phone and its still having This problem!!

Really need to know how to fix this.. Anyone please help

reset = battery pull? what size and make of card? have to tried the card in another of the same device? if not just visit a store

Yes reset I do mean battery pull. Size is 16GB nd I no it works because in my other 9100 it worked fine but in this new 9100 its having this problem :$ I'm sure the store is gonna be clueless probably just going to tell me to reload the OS.. Trying to find a more reasonable solution.

what was the os on your current and past device? you did say you off-loaded the data and formatted the card in your current device? how about audio?

On my current device its OS v5.0.0.822 .. My past device I'm not so sure because I don't have it anymore . Off-loaded the data? I dint delete it manually I just went to format and it all got erased. Audio is fine .. If I add music it shows up .. Its only pictures .

format the card again. move a few pics to the media card. verify you can see them. do a battery pull, can you still see them?
