I have no personal e-mail setting only enterprise am tring to set up my g/f peral so she can use it for work. i've tried updating it to see if that works but still only got enterprise e-mail

What does the g/f's company use for e-mail? Assuming she is going through BIS there are different ways to set up e-mail that need to be followed

OP, I had the same problem when I exchanged my 9100 for a new one (bad keyboard problems). Anyway, I did a battery pull, and the issue fixed itself. Give that a shot.
