Default Pearl help!!!
I have the BB Desktop, I Loaded a theme "axl file" connected phone to it and tells me its complete. i disconnect the phone and go to Themes on the phone and its not there. Where would that file be on the phone.? I'm i doing something wrong?

If the theme is not listed in themes then maybe the wrong device or OS was chosen.

I have a serious problem, someone sent me a bbm and when I attempted to open it my phone screen just went white with the hour glass turning, occasionally the red light flashes as well. It has been like this for two days. I took it to be repaired and the dealer said it has a virus and has to be flashed but he cant get it to connect to the computer! HELP!!!

what ver of dtm and what os on the computer?
