Pearl 9100- Typing problem

Lately,when typimg text messages, every so often a period appears at the end of a word,and the next word has it's first letter capitalized. In other words,it's as if the device thinks it has to start a new sentence randomly. This is happening more frequently as time goes on.....I have to stop typing,go back and erase the period and continue ....sometimes as many as 3 to 4 times per sentence. This is really starting to **** me off.....any suggestions??? Anyone know of a fix for this??

No,I am not pressing the spacebar at all when this happens. The period appears before I hit the spacebar. I know it seems odd,but that is the way it happens.......grrrrrrrr

Also,this problem only occurs during texting(SMS). I can type away to my heart's content any where else....and do not experience the problem......HELP.....!

i hav pearl 2g 9105 for 5 month but recently there's error with keyboard especially backspace, sym, space, it wont act when i press. but when i pull off the battery its goin normal again for sometimes. dont know which err, keyboard or OS 6. need help ASAP
