Can't understand RIM not releasing the Pearl 9100 in the UK, they will lose lots of business and customer support.
The bigger Pearl keys are easier to use than the Bold and with Sure Type the best predictive test around (almost always correct, apart from insisting on r mail and not e mail) is easier to use than the fully QWERTY keyboard for big fingers like mine.
The new spec matches the Bold 9700 in a smaller unit so is much preferred by many of us here. When my contract is up, I'll be tryinging something else!

I have bought a 9100 unlocked in the UK.........try here...not cheap but available last time I looked and have already upgraded to version 6 software(leaked)....good luck

I was looking for a second bb to join my 9700 and wasn't sure upon the curve 3g orthe peral 3g. But my first bb was a pearl 8110 and I loved it so decided to go Pearl 3g!

After watching a couple of youtube videos regarding the pearl 3g 9105 I found that it's completely different to the US 9100 (yes only the keys I think!) but still, I am totally not liking the keys on the 9105! I know it's like a regualr phone but I like the keys from my old pearl!

Thanks for posting that site, think i'll order one now! Although it isn't cheap as I can get the 9105 for £150 but at least it's the 9100! The one I want!

good luck with it in anyway, mine arrived very quickly and works all ok in UK...takes a little getting used too but it is a great phone...version 6 (leaked) is working ok too...just on a few occasions tends to lag on a website, but as yet no other issues

As far as I know Ireland and England are only getting the 9105 I work for Vodafone and that's all we are selling anyway

i got my 9100 in the uk by buying from guy on ebay from australia got it months ago and works perfectly and only worked out at £290 inc postage!

dont know why they only sell the 9105 in europe MASSIVE MISTAKE!!

i can tell by my theme sales that no1 has bought one which is a shame
