In order for us to believe that you have a "source", you would need to give us a reason to believe that TMobile would even share that type of information within their company. What would TMobile have to gain by telling their employees at any level about a phone that they have decided not to carry? It would be a rather poor business decision to commit to not carrying a phone and tell their employees about it; especially if it is a phone that could be compatible with their network and/or the network of a competitor.

I work in the mobility world for a large corporation. What do you do? Please share with the class. Or are you going to deflect by attempting to be witty by capturing quotes and editing them?

You can make all the assertions you want, they don't automatically become true.

He never made claims about the iPhone or the Storm, i.e. as far as timing is concerned.

A company = its employees after all. So basically all you've done is perhaps limited the set of employees that Shake's source could be, which if true would definitely be doing him and his source no favors ....

Anyway, as far as I'm concerned the reputation of a source is determined by its accuracy over time. If Shake really has a good source, then I'd want him/her to protect it completely. If over the next few leaks Shake's source turns out to be accurate, this would be as much validation as I need and can expect.

OTOH, Shake can go stuff himself if he is trolling, so no arguments there ....

In a previous post in this very thread he claimed the iPhone would be coming to TMobile. I offered up the Storm just to point out that there is no inherent reason to believe that his claims are meaningful.

While they have not gotten it yet, that does not in any way ensure that they won't.
