Little help with MSN

I was wondering if anyone uses MSN on their BB or can help me with this little issue. Anyways for a week now the display picture for my MSN has been missing as in it only shows the blue MSN man & I cannot change my pic no matter how many times I try! I have tried to uninstall it & reinstall it a couple times & did battery pulls but nothing seems to work? At first I thought it was just a glitch with me but then I came across this:

& he is having the same problem too so I'm guessing its MSN glitch or something we both did wrong as in his thread he also talks about upgrading or downgrading OS 5 to OS 6 vice versa & I've recently downgraded my BB from OS 6 to OS 5 - not sure if that is the problem but just throwing it in there

Can't really help with your MSN issue, I was just curious as to why you downgraded OS?

I'm running OS 5 and haven't seen an "official" OS that was any higher then what I'm running now. So I guess OS 6 wasn't really worth it for you?
