Post Issue when trying to type / entering characters to a specific field on browser

    hi there,
i'm writing this thread on behalf of a friend that she has 9105,

her issue is that when she is going to either hotmail.com or outlook.com or mail.live.com and tries to enter her info, comes out that even thought that she can type her email address (username) goes as it should but when she highlight the password field it doesnt give ANY at all to type the characters.

here what is really weird, and also what i've tried to help her out:

first of she doesnt have either BIS or BES package and she uses her blackberry through wap or wifi (that from the start isnt the problem cause i've already tried with my sim card which i have BIS and get the same responce)

1)when she purchased it she didnt had any problem going there and entering username and password normally without ANY issue at all, after a while 10-15 days from her use it started this issue
    2) i've tried it from bb 9780 that i have, to see if it is general issue from hotmail server or something but i enter it normally without any problem
    3) as i mentioned above, i enter my sim card to see if it had to do in any case with BIS activation or something but i got the same responce,

It doesnt let me enter any character at all on the password field.

i ve tried to change the keyboard entering method but nothing changed as result.

please help, what must i do to fix it? is it on the phone? is it some short of parameter i have to change? is it a bug of the keyboard? must i do an upgrade? (she has a version of os 6, im not sure quite which one, but i could do an update to the latest if it necessary, but i would like to avoid it if i could) or is it not from me and it is from hotmail server? if this is the case (the last case, why then only to her phone and why after a while, and previous was working normally?)

thanks in advance for the answers

I used to have that problem when I used a BB.

You'll need to use a third party browser like opera mini or bolt. They are both available in App World for free.
