Help with OS 6 on BB pearl 9105

Hi I recently bought a bb pearl 9105 and I am having trouble updating to OS 6

when I updated the 9105 it was only updated up to 5.0.0.884 bundle 1476 platform 6.2.0.94

when i search for updates it doesn't update to OS 6.... can someone help? it says no available updates to my phone anymore but I am not yet on os6.....

If it tells that it is that your carrier didnt approved OS6 for your device. If you try to load a leaked OS(not official) be sure to:

delete the vendor.xml file, be sure to run Desktop Manager 6.

Be sure that the OS that you want in your phone is not only downloaded to your PC but INSTALLED on it(double click on the file and follow the promps to install).

Try to load it via App Loader instead. Sometimes it only works this way for leaked OS.

I bought one from a store not under a plan how do I know which carrier? I downloaded the telus OS 6 here and installed the one I downloaded in the pc then I tried to used BBSAK and load the OS but I have an error

this is the version I installed it also shows up in the drop down box in the bbsak 9100_9105AllLang_v6.0.0.481_P6.6.0.151

when I click load OS it goes to the application loaderwizard

then I click next it shows usb pin

click next again it retrieves device information

then here I get stuck device application selection

"The blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator"

where do I find the vendor.xml?

I found where to delete the vendor.xml but it has the same error when choosing the application to install
