Help memory

Keeps saying application memory full and to move stuff to sd card. I have deleted everyhing off of my phone that i don't use but it's still saying it. Don't know how to move stuff onto sd card. Also a green light keeps flashing driving me crazy.: Forgot to say

The green LED light is you coverage indicator, you can shut it off in the section where you edit your profiles.

As for memory, are you remembering to close out your applications after you are finished using them? The Pearl is a little short on memory (especially if you are using OS 6). Here is a good section to read to help you optimize your device:
